Wanted: a used maybe Patrick Green picker to help with my spinning. I'm having shoulder trouble and can no longer hand card or flick my fibers, so need a picker to help me get the fiber into spinning form. I don't want to wind up with a rotator cuff surgery anytime in the near future, so need to use something else that's easier for me to use.
Price: Up to $200 and trade for fiber, knitted shawls, alpaca baby outer wear, such as hats, scarves, booties, stroller blankets or custom knitted items (we'd need to discuss what you want and what you want it made of, and if I have the fiber or yarn, or if you'll supply the fiber or yarn), even Super Super-sized afghans big enough for a family of 4 (maybe more if children are small) to cuddle together on the sofa or in front of the fireplace on cold nights. Will discuss in order to make it work for both of us. I don't have much money, but have lots of fiber: Icelandic wool, Icelandic/Finn cross, Romney/Icelandic cross, Romney, Huacaya Alpaca fiber or whatever fiber you have that you want something made from it including clean long-haired dog's hair (the blown coats are perfect--like Malamute, Sheltie, Huskie, Rough Collie, Great Pyr, etc.).
